We purchased this building from Filene’s Basement and redeveloped it into leased and telecommunications space. First, we leased the entire first floor to Hannaford Brothers. Then, we brought in 11 fiber carriers and increased the power capacity to convert the second floor into telecommunications space. After the transformation, we sold the property to a public REIT.
