We bought this building in 2000 as part as a joint venture with AEW Partners IV, LP. The six-story brick and reinforced concrete building built in 1930, was originally used as a parking garage and was vacant, at the time of our purchase. We plan to completely renovate the property and start a leasing program for the building, which is located in the North Station district of Boston. After the Big Dig is completed and the subway is renovated, this area of the city will see a tremendous increase in value.
