When we purchased these office buildings adjacent to Boston’s Financial District, they were in relatively poor condition. We diligently upgraded and maintained the property to stabilize it for residential use and divided the two interconnected buildings into a residential condominium piece and a retail condominium plan. After successfully converting the property, we sold it to Study Group in 1999, which had plans to develop the buildings into dormitory residences for Suffolk University students.
