We took an under-utilized building in the South Boston Seaport and redeveloped for a single tenant (Thomas Financial Services) on a build-to-suit it basis. For the past 30 years, the building was used for the manufacturing and office functions of McCarthy Sole and Leather for the past 30 years. We provided $8.25 million in renovations to the property, improving the building’s infrastructure and tenant space. After successfully undertaking this $12.5 million project in Boston’s most dynamically growing area, we sold the building in September, 1998.
