We bought this property in October, 1997, in extremely poor condition due to extensive neglect and years of substandard renovation efforts. We then spent the next two-and-a-half years completely renovating the property. We installed two new entrances; installed two new lobbies; upgraded and replaced the elevators and the HVAC systems; added new fire and life safety systems; added 25 new bathrooms; added new loading dock facilities; completely restored the façade; provided all new tenant finishes and replaced all the windows and the electrical system. After this extensive renovation, we sold the building to Yale Properties, Inc., in March, 2000.
