We acquired this office building, located in one of the premier office parks in the Boston area, during the generally accepted low point in the real estate cycle. Currently, the building is currently worth over $20 million. Burlington Business Center Two is the second of two office buildings developed in the mid-80s by Cabot, Cabot & Forbes. This 142,049 sq. ft. building features a four-story atrium lobby as well as a first class restaurant on site. We knew this building was well located, fronting Route 128, a major New England access road, with excellent visibility from the highway. We sold our interest in the property in June, 1993.
