Office Building Improvements and Sale
Four, two-story brick office buildings, 90,000 sq. ft.
We worked with the leasing agent for these buildings to increase the occupancy of the office buildings and made some cost-effective tenant improvements to make the buildings more appealing. We recognized that the buildings’ location, at Exit 10 of the Massachusetts Turnpike, offered unique access to the major intersections. Boston, Providence, Hartford and Springfield can all be reached within 45 minutes. We sold the property in February, 1999.
